The host is friendly and funny, i hope to visit again this restaurant.We were large family visiting the restaurant, the waiter service was really poor, there was error in our order, the food quality below average Hotel Heitzmann on the town square of Mittersill combines modern amenities with traditional, hospitable snugness. After we have been seated, just one second before they brought us ordered drinks some lady (probably Manager) came and kicked us out. Here they still served food, and at great quality and friendly service.

For the good of our guests and employees we have decided to keep our hotel area and the restaurant "SMOKE FREE". The Heitzmann is a 3-star-superior hotel in Mittersill with every amenity imaginable, from comfy rooms to spacious holiday homes with optional self-catering. Very nice...on our last night in Austria we decided to check out the highly recommended Hotel Heitzmann, hearing about their XL burgers and incredible steak selection we joined another group who were staying at Haus Barber with us and drove into Mittersill.

The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent and it was very well priced too!It’s a bit expensive but food is quite tasty.
