Due to corona the bar/rerstaurant has limited opening hours. Possibly it came to misunderstandings or guests who had reserved a table did not come. Own or manage this property? I know this is “third world problems” but we do pay extra for a 5 star hotel and expect a bit more. Location is also very good.Wow! I will lose money, you will have an empty room that won’t cost you anything - I wanted to change dates not cancel but you couldn’t be bothered to help. This was a pity because otherwise we could not fault this hotel. Nice dinner at the restaurant with tasty modern food. We had a room service burger after a long days travel and walking- surprisingly good and value. The hotel is near the Zoo. Rooms were quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean. Recommended when you are traveling with a kid. The hotel was easy to reach by train (RE7 Dessau) from the airport and situated in a great location close to Christmas markets, shops, public transport, the zoo and wonderful Tiergarten. Ideally located in the heart of Berlin, the most important sights and places like the famous shopping area Kurfürstendamm as well as the Zoologischer Garten are only a few steps away. The breakfast was really good. The restaurant BLEND berlin kitchen & bar is inspired by Berlin’s multicultural character. I wrote an email to the hotel 10 days before coming asking if the pool area is open and the reply was “ we don’t know yet because we are waiting for government inspection “. On-site parking is available.
