Staff were friendly and helpful and the room itself was beautifully presented. The location was perfect for exploring the old quarter and a number of tourist spots. The sky bar was also superb, the atmosphere & staff were just fantastic. Our room was amazing and service excellent. We truly hope to welcome you back for a longer stay at La Siesta Premium Cau Go hotel or any of our sister properties in Viet Nam.
What was even more striking to us was the staff: so sincerely friendly, service minded and obviously very well trained for their jobs. We were staying on New Year’s Eve and enjoyed the tops of the fireworks from our balcony and while there were plenty of roof top events and a bit noisy around for a couple of hours after midnight, that is to be expected (in fact we were surprised they didn’t go on later!).
